For the question “Is it possible to determine mass anisotropy for both electrons and holes?” the answer gives it is only possible for electrons, which makes sense for this exercise. But if we have the same semiconductor that is p-doped instead, would we now be able to find the mass anisotropy for holes instead? Since we’d be using ne = ni^2/NA and nh = NA instead.
