Information specific to the TU Delft students

See the general privacy policy below.

This forum is the primary means of communication in the course TN2844 Vaste Stof Fysica. We use it to make announcements, collect input for discussions, and answer any student questions. As a course participant you are required to use this forum.

During the course we use the forum in two ways:

  • To plan the course activities. This is done using the category #course-activities, only visible to the course team and participants.
  • To answer physics questions, especially related to solid state physics. This is done using a public category, #physics-q-a, in order to accommodate questions from anyone. We moderate the discussion in #physics-q-a and we encourage everyone to participate.
  • To answer questions about your exam solutions and your personal circumstances related to the course participation.

If you prefer to not ask your questions publicly, you have the following options:

  • You may post a question in #physics-q-a anonymously. For that, use “enter anonymous mode” in your user menu.

  • You may send a direct message to the course @team. For that, go to your account settings, select “messages”, and send a message to the course team, like shown below.
