Hey, I do not see how σ_xy equals to -ρ_yx/…. Attached you will find how I did the inverse, but again I tried to see my mistake, however I could not find it. I would really appreciate it, if you could tell me where I went wrong.

Your result is good. To do the last step, remember that in our case \rho_{xy}=-\rho_{yx} and \rho_{xx}=\rho_{yy}. This was derived in 3D in the lecture notes, but you could derive it for 2D in a similar fashion, starting from the Drude equation of motion and solving for \mathbf{E}.
